This was another cake I made when I was first starting out. The dogs came out pretty cute although they took FOREVER to cut out! I liked the end result though, especially the top 🙂
My very first wedding cake! I was so nervous about this one, I really had no idea what I was doing. Thankfully it all came out ok 🙂
My sister’s sweet sixteen cake.
This lego cake was for my son’s fourth birthday. I was in the middle of making another big cake at the time so I just kind of threw this one together last minute. The fondant job was terrible, but the little legos came out great.
This was my son’s third birthday cake. I spent way too much time making those trains, but what can I say, I’m a complete perfectionist!
This cake was for my daughter’s second birthday. I had a little help on the artistic work from my good friend Noela 🙂
Two fairly simple baby shower cakes…..love the little booties 🙂
A super cute cake for my beautiful niece Kaylee. I really like the “fairy dust” swirls around the sides.
This is the only anniversary cake I’ve ever made… simple, but elegant. It’s another one from when I first started and I didn’t know much, but that flower border is still one of my favorites.
This was the very first cake that I was asked to make for someone, my little friend Chloe 🙂 I had just finished taking one of the Wilton classes where I learned how to make all these beautiful flowers. Although I never seem to make royal icing flowers anymore, it was still a really fun skill to learn. This was when I first realized that I really loved decorating cakes and started taking it more seriously. Thanks for taking a chance on a friend Abby!!
